GATA
ENDORSES ED LEE
Gold Anti-Trust Action Association
GATA
is the most important gold organization in the world because it
has sued the US government, and others for surpressing the price
of gold, which is a violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. Litigation
is pending in Boston.
TIME
and NEWSWEEK
When
TIME and NEWSWEEK magazines wanted to know about rare coins, they
called Ed Lee and then quoted him. To the best of our knowledge
Ed Lee is the only coin expert to have been quoted in both magazines.
ED
LEE, "THE SENIOR STATESMAN OF US COIN DEALERS"
Harry
Schultz, is the "world's highest paid investment consultant"
at $2400 an hour, according to the Guinness Book of Records, US/Euro
Editions, 1980-2001. He recommends Ed Lee to his subscribers in
75 countries and has since 1983. He has referred to Ed as "the
senior statesman of US coin dealers," which is quite an honor
as there are a few thousand dealers in America.
BEST
SELLING BOOK RECOMMENDS ED LEE
The
best selling financial book in US history was written by Howard
Ruff and sold 3 million copies. In this best seller, Mr Ruff referred
to Ed as "REPUTABLE." That one word "says it all."
ED
LEE: QUALITY COINS SINCE 1958
Company
president, Ed Lee, has as much experience dealing in investment
quality coins as anyone you are ever likely to find. In a business
where experience pays handsomely, the name LEE has meant quality
coins and fair dealings since 1958. And that is professional buying
and selling experience, not collecting experience.
The Boston Globe Featured Ed in a large article and referred to
him as "One of the top three or four dealers in the US." In fact,
they started off with the following words and also featured his
photo.
"Ed
Lee is a hard asset type from his 18th Century Colonial in country
New England to the mint condition Willys roadster parked in his
garage. He makes his living with hard assets, after all; Ed Lee
is among the top three or four coin dealers around Boston, itself
one of the numismatic centers of the country."
The
Boston Globe is the largest newspaper in New England and is owned
by the New York Times.
ED'S
FIRST NATIONAL ADS
Ed's
first national ads appeared in 1963 in the Numismatic Scrapbook
magazine and featured very high quality coins. Ed Lee got his first
experience as a dealer in New York City by attending all the local
coin conventions such as the Rosenbaum shows on West 57th Street,
and by attending the Stack's auctions, also on the same street.
Like Boston, NYC was, and still is a coin center.
